Join Rosa in an inspiring, non-judgmental space designed to unlock creativity and cultivate songwriting skills. This workshop focuses on the development and structuring of lyrics and melodies, encouraging limitless expression. Participants will engage in collaboration, feedback, and self-reflection—building confidence in their artistry.

A jazz-infused concert by the 55-member Nelson Choral Singers, directed by Kathleen Neudorf. Guest musicians include Carlisle Beresford on piano, Steven Parish on drums and Rob Fahie on bass. Performances on Saturday May 3rd at 7:30 pm and Sunday May 4th at 2 pm at the Nelson United Church.

The J.B. Fletcher Museum in Ainsworth will be hosting gatherings for fibre enthusiasts and tea lovers to come and work on their knitting, crochet, embroidery, and spinning projects while connecting with fellow crafters. These gatherings will occur the first Wednesday of every month from 9-12. Drop ins welcome.
