FIFA World Cup 2026™ is coming to Canada and FIFA is kicking off a first-of-its-kind programme bringing communities across Canada together to celebrate the biggest FIFA World Cup™ in history. From shared match moments to culture, community and celebration, this is where Canada comes together as one – and Nelson is part of the journey!
The countdown to Canada Celebrates is on!
The free, family-friendly fan experience takes place on Wednesday, June 24 at the Lakeside Park playing fields. Everyone is invited to watch FIFA World Cup matches as Canada faces Switzerland at 12pm, and Scotland meets Brazil at 3pm!
