Five Fridays for Families – A free drop-in program for parents/caregivers and children ages 0–5. Enjoy songs, stories, games, and books in a fun outdoor setting.

Join CKISS and CBAL for a community conservation event at Kokanee Creek Provincial Park. Participants will help remove invasive greater celandine plants along the Thicket Trail Loop while enjoying an afternoon outdoors and meeting community members.

The Nelson Farmers Market has been a community staple for more than 40 years and is entering its sixth year as a City of Nelson program, remaining a valued community asset that strengthens the local economy and enhances Nelson’s appeal to residents and visitors alike.

GUIDED TOURS

Our Guided Tours are from mid-May to mid-October, 2:00pm on Saturdays. Our tours are approximately 90 minutes, including outdoor walkabouts and visits to the Temple and Gift Store.
