* Each expansive session combines Qi Gong, Breathwork, and an Acupuncture treatment during a sound bath. Each session focuses on a specific ‘Phase of Transformation’ or Element. Throughout the series, you will experience a
reunion of your internal organs and harmony to your Body and Soul. Feb 8th:
Earth or Soil is a gentle stillness
and the composting phase of transformation.
The seed germinates in darkness. Feb 15th:
Wood is to reach in a direction with intention.
The sprout reaches for the sun and
asserts itself. Feb 22nd:
Fire is radiance, luminosity, and light.
The physical form fractals in all
forms of abundance. Feb 29th:
Metal is to gather together, harvest and release.
The apple tree bears fruit and the leaves fall. March 7th:
Water is simultaneously sinking and containing.
If the roots are full, the tree survives Winter
and. can give generously. ***** – Ground deeply into a trance state, much lacking in today’s rise-n-grind. This will be a potent source of rejuvenation. – Each participant chooses from three cards, a word that will let the Acupuncturist know what you would like the needles to support you in co-creating. There will be options to include abdominal, forehead, and scalp points or only distal areas of the body (ex. below the elbow and knees). – Please wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing with the ability to roll up the shirt should you wish to receive abdominal acupuncture points. You will remain clothed during Acupuncture. Please bring a Blanket, a pillow, and anything else that may help you feel more comfortable. – Please eat a snack before and bring water. – sliding scale: $80- $100 per session.
