1901 - Ewart and Carrie Late Victorian. This building is constructed of fire retardant materials including retractable metal shutters and a metal roof and door. It was commissioned by J. Fred Hume, a local Hotelier and Member of the Provincial Legislature. Today the building is multifunctional.
